Premade orders: please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to get shipped to you.

Pre- orders: please allow up to 5-15 business days for your order to be shipped after the pre order window closes. Our preorder window sometimes typically close on Fridays for that week batch to be all done.

International orders: please be aware that we not responsible for paying any import fees taxes or duties imposed by your country’s customs agency. We will not issue refunds for any international orders due to unpaid customs fees.

any lost packages : once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will be happy to assist you in filling a claim with the shipping carrier that the package was lost with.
